1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and using the services of Xiana Imports Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Xiana Imports Limited provides international courier and logistics services, including:
- Package consolidation and forwarding from USA, Canada, China and UK to Jamaica
- Customs clearance assistance
- Shipment tracking services
- Package storage at our overseas warehouses
3. Registration and Account
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited and will not be shipped:
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances
- Weapons, explosives, and ammunition
- Hazardous materials and flammable items
- Perishable goods and live animals
- Counterfeit or stolen goods
- Items prohibited by Jamaican customs regulations
We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any item at our discretion.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
- Shipping costs are based on actual weight and shipping method
- Additional fees may apply for special services
- You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees
- Payment is due before shipment release
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice
6. Liability and Insurance
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery:
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
- Our liability is limited to $100 per package unless additional insurance is purchased
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery date
- We are not responsible for prohibited items confiscated by customs
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate shipping information and addresses
- Ensure packages are properly addressed with your customer ID
- Pick up shipments within 30 days of arrival notification
- Pay all applicable fees and charges promptly
- Comply with all customs and import regulations
8. Storage and Abandonment
Packages stored at our facilities for more than 60 days may be subject to storage fees. Packages unclaimed after 90 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of or sold to recover costs.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
